This policy explains what information AI Business Concepts collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it plain and short on purpose — if anything here is unclear, email jon@aibusinessconcepts.com and we'll explain it.
The short version. We only collect information you choose to give us — when you send a message, sign up for a guide, or book a call. We don't run advertising trackers, we don't sell your data, and we use only privacy-friendly website analytics that set no cookies and do not track you across sites.
Who we are

What we collect and why
We collect personal information only when you actively provide it:
When you use the contact form
If you send a message through our contact form, we collect the name, email address, and any details you include in your message. We use this solely to read and respond to your enquiry. The form is powered by Formspree, which processes and forwards the submission to us on our behalf.
When you sign up for a guide or newsletter
If you request a playbook or subscribe to updates, we collect your email address (and your name, if you provide it). We use this to send you the guide you asked for and occasional related updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Email delivery is handled by Kit (formerly ConvertKit), which stores your subscription details on our behalf.
When you book a call
If you schedule a discovery call, our booking tool Calendly collects your name, email, and the meeting details you enter so we can hold the appointment. Calendly processes this information on our behalf.
When you simply visit the site
Like almost all websites, our hosting provider automatically records standard technical information in server logs — such as IP addresses and browser type — for security and reliable operation. We do not use this information to identify or profile individual visitors.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how the site is used in aggregate — for example, which pages are viewed most and roughly where visitors come from. It is privacy-first by design: it sets no cookies, uses no browser fingerprinting, and does not track you across other websites. We see counts and trends, never individual people. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only with the service providers that make the site work, and only so they can perform that service for us:

Cookies
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our website analytics is cookieless by design. Some of the third-party tools above (for example, the booking or email tools) may set functional cookies when you interact with them directly, in order to make their service work. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings.
How long we keep it
We keep contact-form messages and booking records only as long as needed to respond to you and maintain a reasonable business record. We keep newsletter subscriptions until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time, and you can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Depending on where you live (for example, under Virginia's Consumer Data Protection Act or similar laws), you may have additional rights over your data. To make any request, email jon@aibusinessconcepts.com and we'll respond promptly.
Children's privacy
This site is intended for accounting and business professionals and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site or the tools we use change. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected here.
